Bridal Sales Consultant

With more than 25 years of experience with our bridal boutique in Europe, we opened in January a new bridal boutique in Lexington, MA. We are seeking an experienced sales professional, starting as soon as possible. You will work closely with the Owner.
Responsibilities
- Building lasting relationships with the brides and the bridal party to follow up with their orders.
- Delivering an excellent customer service to the bride and the bridal party.
- Assisting the brides to find the perfect dress for the special day.
- Provide expertise and honest confident feedback regarding merchandise style and fit.
- Participation in store events and fashion shows.
- Creation and disassembling of store windows and other merchandise displays.
- Tracking inventory, add new inventory in the system.
- Manage brides requests and communication.
- Answering the phone, taking messages, and returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean and neat sales floor.
Requirements
- Warm, outgoing, approachable personality
- Exceptional customer service and sales generation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be proactive and creative in problem solving.
